Adding timestamps to your site photos helps you keep track of progress. It can also protect you in the event of delays or problems. Our Free Timestamp Tool lets you add important info to your photos so you don’t have to guess later.
How to Use (click me)
Upload Images: Drag & drop or click the box to select up to 30 images.
Choose Info to Add: Tick the boxes to include Timestamp, GPS location, and Filename.
Enter the site Location: Type in the site location (e.g Apartmant # or room name) you'd like to show on all images.
Style the Text: Choose size, colour, alignment, and optional bold or shadow.
Process & Download: Click Process Images, then right+click or hold (if on phone) and Save, or Download ZIP once ready. The title for the ZIP file will include the name entered in the Location textbox, along with the current date. For example, Apt_30_2025-06-10, for easy filing.
Reset if Needed: Use Reset to clear everything and start again.
If using a PC, we recommend processing no more than 30 images at a time using our Timestamp Tool. You can process more on a mobile phone.
